1. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for onboarding, snapshots, or custom-built workflows.If you choose to cancel your service, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions of the billing period will not be issued.

2. Responsibility for Text and Email Charges

All costs associated with sending texts and emails (e.g., carrier or third-party fees) are your responsibility. SILQ Systems will not cover or reimburse any text or email charges incurred.

3. Pricing Changes

All pricing is subject to change at any time. We will endeavor to notify you of any updates, but it remains your responsibility to review our pricing periodically.

4. Graphic Design Exclusion

SILQ Systems does not provide graphic design services for any build-outs or workflows.

5. Responsibility for Texts and Emails

SILQ Systems is not liable for any texts or emails sent using your system. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all communications comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Compliance with Text and Email Laws

You must comply with all relevant text and email laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act).Failure to adhere to these laws may result in the suspension of your account and associated phone number(s) without notice.


7. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Any unauthorized or harmful use of our systems is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software provided by SILQ Systems are the intellectual property of Sevier Marketing LLC and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

SILQ Systems strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from disruptions, delays, or errors. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

SILQ Systems and Sevier Marketing LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SILQ Systems, Sevier Marketing LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including violations of applicable laws or third-party rights.
